Wisconsin field partners
OJ Painting & Services is building a subcontract production bench for selected commercial painting and drywall scopes in Western Wisconsin and nearby Minnesota.
The model
OJ develops and manages the opportunity. The field partner executes an agreed production package on site.
Who fits
OJ is looking for relationships that can grow over time—not bodies added to a list.
Experience with repaints, renovations, multifamily, retail, offices or similar managed environments.
A legitimate subcontract business able to provide a W-9 and project-required insurance documentation.
A crew lead who answers, reports field conditions early and stays aligned with the schedule.
Sound preparation, clean lines, protected spaces and prompt punch completion.
Tools, transportation and the ability to staff the specific package accepted.
Interested in repeat opportunities when performance and project fit make sense.
How it starts
Company name, lead contact, home market, crew size and core scopes.
Recent project photos, references and business documentation.
OJ reviews coverage, availability, standards and the type of work that fits.
Qualified partners may be invited to discuss a defined project opportunity.
Crew relationships are independent subcontract arrangements evaluated project by project. This page is not an offer of employment or a guarantee of project volume.
Introduce your crew
Include your company name, base city, crew size, painting/drywall capabilities, travel range, insurance status, recent project photos and two references.
